Shipping & Returns

Every order will be treated and packaged with love. 
Please let us know if you would like a gift receipt or a handwritten note
to be added to your order. 

Orders placed before 12:00PM (Paris Time) on working days, will be dispatched same day.  Orders placed after 12:00PM (Paris Time), will ship next business day.
During sales or promotions, dispatch may be delayed a bit,
we are deeply sorry about that.

 Please never hesitate to contact us if you need an express delivery
or a special care for your order.
We will always be happy to help you find the best solutions.

If you are not happy about your purchase,
you are more than welcome to return it.

We have a 14 days policy which means that the item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please find the steps below

1- Contact us at return@aynitreasures.com with your order number to receive the return procedure. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your order. If the returning item(s) are worth above $50, you might want to consider using a trackable shipping. Indeed, we are not responsible for the loss of an item during its way back to us. 

2- As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know via email.

3- We will process to a full refund (excluding any delivery charges) of the item(s). A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
